BOEKINGS- EN ANNULERINGSVOORWAARDEN ALAM KITA

  1. Door het invullen en versturen van het inschrijfformulier verklaart de deelnemer zich akkoord met de algemene voorwaarden van Alam Kita Yoga retreat.
  2. De betaling dient uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van de retreat plaats te vinden op de Indonesische Bank van Alam Kita. Dit is een euroaccount waarnaar het bedrag in Euro’s overgemaakt kan worden. NB Bij overmaken naar deze bank graag de eventuele kosten voor uw eigen rekening nemen!

Bij boekingen minder dan 8 weken voor aanvang dient het bedrag per ommegaande betaald te worden. Bij niet tijdige betaling heeft Alam Kita het recht de reservering te laten vervallen.

  1. Inschrijving is pas definitief na betaling van het volledige inschrijfgeld.
  2. Deelname aan het programma geschiedt op basis van vrijwilligheid. Het staat deelnemers vrij om af te zien van het te volgen programma. Het afzien van deelname aan het programma geeft geen recht op teruggave van het inschrijfgeld en ook geen recht op een vervangende les of activiteit.
  3. Als deelnemers besluiten om zich terug te trekken (wegens ziekte of persoonlijke omstandigheden) dan hebben zij recht op terugbetaling van ten hoogste een deel van de verschuldigde deelnamekosten:
    – Twee maanden voor aanvang van het programma: terugbetaling van 50% van deelnamekosten.
    – Een maand voor aanvang van het programma: terugbetaling van 25% van deelnamekosten.
    – Twee weken voor aanvang van het programma: terugbetaling van 10% van deelnamekosten.
    – Binnen twee weken voor aanvang van het programma: er worden geen deelnamekosten terugbetaald.
  4. Indien de deelnemer niet in staat is de door hem of haar geboekte cursus of retreat bij te wonen, is het toegestaan om door een andere deelnemer vervangen te worden, mits de gegevens van de vervangende deelnemer uiterlijk 1 dag voor aanvang aan Alam Kita zijn doorgegeven.
  5. Alam Kita heeft het recht een cursus of retraite te annuleren indien daartoe gegronde redenen bestaan, waaronder onvoldoende deelnemers, ziekte van de docent of overmacht. Alam Kita zal altijd haar best doen om in geval van ziekte voor vervanging te zorgen zodat het retreat wel door kan gaan. In geval van annulering door Alam Kita heeft de deelnemer recht op terugbetaling van het reeds betaalde cursusgeld. De deelnemer heeft geen recht op enige andere compensatie of schadevergoeding.

 AANSPRAKELIJKHEID

Alam Kita zal zorg dragen voor een goed en ordentelijk verloop van de retraites.

Deelname aan een cursus of retraite is geheel op eigen risico. Alam Kita is niet aansprakelijk voor letsel en/of schade van enigerlei aard als gevolg van het verblijf en/of de activiteiten van de deelnemer, noch voor verlies of beschadiging van eigendommen.

Klachten dienen schriftelijk en gemotiveerd kenbaar te worden gemaakt aan Alam Kita. De indiener van de klacht ontvangt binnen 14 dagen een reactie.

MEDISCHE DISCLAIMERS

De yoga-activiteiten zoals Alam Kita die aanbiedt zijn bedoeld als vrijetijdsbesteding en niet ter vervanging van medisch noodzakelijke behandelingen of therapie. Bespreek lichamelijke en/of psychische klachten daarom altijd met een gekwalificeerd arts.

Meldt voorafgaande aan de yogales altijd aan de docent als je een lichamelijke klacht hebt. Mogelijk kan de docent het programma hierop aanpassen of persoonsgerichte oefeningen geven.

Forceer niets en neem lichamelijke klachten serieus.

WIJZIGINGEN IN PROGRAMMERING RETREATS

Alam Kita heeft het recht wijzigingen aan te brengen in de programmering van een retreat, bijvoorbeeld wanneer een (yoga)docent wegens ziekte of andere omstandigheden de workshops niet kan verzorgen. Alam Kita zorgt in dat geval voor een professionele en kwalitatief vergelijkbare vervanger. De deelnemers worden hier voor aanvang van het retreat per mail over ingelicht.

Bij boekingen van de losse bungalows gelden de volgende voorwaarden:

  1. Indien u boekt, om u ervan te verzekeren dat de bungalow voor u gereserveerd is, dient u een aanbetaling van 25% van het totale bedrag te doen plus een kleine bijdrage voor administratie- en handeling kosten (€ 25,-).
  2. Indien u afzegt 2 maanden voor uw aankomst datum mag u deze aanbetaling terug vorderen van Alam Kita, echter de administratie- en handeling kosten worden niet terug betaald
  3. Indien u afzegt 1 maand voor uw aankomst datum krijgt u 50% retour van deze aanbetaling (zonder de administratie- handelingskosten).
  4. Indien u afzegt minder dan 1 maand voor uw aankomst datum is de aanbetaling van 25% plus de administratie- en handelingskosten niet terug te vragen bij Alam Kita.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS ALAM KITA

  1. By completing and sending the registration form, the participant declares to agree with the terms and conditions of Alam Kita Yoga retreat.
  2. Payment must be made within 14 days after registration of the retreat at the Indonesian Bank of Alam Kita. This is an Euro account to which the amount can be transferred in Euros.
  3. In case of late payment Alam Kita has the right to cancel the reservation. Registration is only final after payment of the full registration fee.
  4. Participation in the program takes place on a voluntary basis. Participants are free to refrain from the program to be followed. The waiver of participation in the program does not entitle the student to a refund of the registration fee and also no right to a replacement lesson or activity.
  5. If participants decide to withdraw (due to illness or personal circumstances) then they are entitled to reimbursement most part of the participation costs due: – Two months before the start of the program: reimbursement of 50% of participation costs, – One month before the start of the program: reimbursement of 25% of participation costs, – Two weeks before the start of the program: reimbursement of 10% of participation costs, – Within two weeks before the start of the program: no participation costs will be refunded.
  6. If the participant is unable to attend the course or retreat booked by him or her, it is permissible to be replaced by another participant, provided that the details of the substitute participant have been communicated to Alam Kita at least 1 day before the start.
  7. Alam Kita has the right to cancel a course or retreat if there are valid reasons, including insufficient participants, illness of the teacher or force majeure. Alam Kita will always do her best to ensure replacement in case of illness so that the retreat can continue. In the event of cancellation by Alam Kita, the participant is entitled to a refund of the course fee already paid. The participant is not entitled to any other compensation or compensation.

LIABILITY

Alam Kita will ensure a good and orderly progress of the retreats. Participation in a course or retreat is entirely at your own risk. Alam Kita is not liable for injury and/or damage of any kind as a result of the stay and/or activities of the participant, nor for loss or damage of property. Complaints must be made to Alam Kita in writing and with motivation. The complainant will receive a response within 14 days.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS

The yoga activities such as Alam Kita offers are intended as leisure activities and not as a replacement for medically necessary treatments or therapy. Always discuss physical and/or psychological complaints with a qualified physician.  Always report to the teacher prior to the yoga class if you have a physical complaint. The teacher may be able to adapt the program to this or give individual exercises. Do not force anything and take physical complaints seriously.

CHANGES TO PROGRAMMING RETREATS

Alam Kita has the right to make changes to the programming of a retreat, for example when a (yoga) teacher can not provide the workshops due to illness or other circumstances. In that case, Alam Kita will provide a professional and qualitatively comparable replacement.  Participants will be informed about this by email before the retreat starts.

The following conditions apply when booking individual bungalows:

  1. If you book to ensure that the bungalow is reserved for you, you must make a deposit of 25% of the total amount plus a small fee for administration and handling (€ 25).
  2. If you cancel 2 months before your arrival date you may reclaim this deposit from Alam Kita, but the fee for administration and handling will not be reimbursed
  3. If you cancel 1 month before your arrival date, you will receive a 50% return of this deposit (without the administration- and handling fee).
  4. If you cancel less than 1 month before your arrival date, the 25% deposit plus the administration- and handling fee cannot be reclaimed with Alam Kita.
